They are actually considered green compost material.

There are many other garden uses for those grounds as well.

The acidity of the grounds reduces the pH level of the soil.

This, in turn, causes the flowers to turn blue.

If you have a slug problem, you can use the grounds as a repellent.

Slugs don’t like the acidity of the coffee so they won’t go near it.

  • Add a second layer of grounds, followed by the second half of the wax.

  • Cheap coffee - 6 cups
  • Boiling water - 2 cups

Instructions
