My trip to A Legna started before I could even walk through the door. As soon as I stepped off the curb, the wonderful smell of cooking pizzas that wafted out to me was mesmerizing. The smells of fresh dough and sauces were enough to make me forget my own name!

Once inside, I knew immediately that this place was special. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming – perfect for a casual dinner out. The staff are friendly and accommodating and made sure that all my needs were met, including accommodating my vegan friend (they have great vegan toppings too!).

But, of course, we all came here for the pizza and this did not disappoint! The house specialty is their wood fired pizzas which are simply unbeatable. Cooked in a wood-fired oven over an open flame, these pizzas had amazing flavor and crunchy edges. And if you need something different from pizza, they offer wood-fired appetizers like roasted Brussels sprouts with balsamic glaze or roasted cauliflower with garlic herb butter.

My only complaint is that they don’t offer delivery; you’ll have to get up off the couch, dust off your shoes, and head on over to Coniglio’s Old Fashioned if you want one of their delicious pies. But trust me – it’s worth it!

I am so impressed with their selection and the quality of their eats. The decor is inviting, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is a pizza-lover’s dream.

I started out with their famous “Annabella’s Special” which was a supreme pizza loaded with all my favorite toppings. The sauce was perfectly balanced and had just the right amount of kick to it while still allowing the flavors of the meats, cheese, and vegetables to shine. It truly was a feast for all my senses!

Next I tried the “Outrageous Pepperoni”, which not only lived up to its name but exceeded my expectations! This one had more pepperoni than I’ve ever seen in one place before and it was cooked perfectly – crisp on the outside with just enough moisture in the middle for maximum flavor. I also really enjoyed their “Artichoke Delight” which was surprisingly light yet still tasted like a slice from heaven.

In addition to great food, Annabella’s also offer delicious beers as well as wine and specialty co*cktails made from premium spirits. And if that wasn’t enough, they also have live entertainment on weekends for those looking for an evening full of fun!

All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant – from the ambiance and service to the quality of their pizzas – you won’t be disappointed when you visit Annabella’s Pizzeria & Restaurant!
