I go here because it is close by and hours are more convenient than 1 even closer. Staff are very uneven in friendliness and helpfulness. The ones most friendly don't seem to last long. I needed help with enlargement setting and I think it was the manager with beard. He was pleasant enough but as often as I go in he didn't recognize me. He did recognize his cab driver who didn't recognize him lol. The security guard recognizes me and greets me.

We are new to printing and needed a lot of assistance. Kim and Jenna were absolutely fantastic. Both of them were patient and kind. They listened to our needs and provided the best option for us. Actually another customer helped me to use the printing machine. There were no instructions on the printing machine. To tell me how to print copies. I printed 10 copies which cost $1.90 The machine took out $5.00 dollars from my credit card and did not refund my change. Yes you guys ripped me off to.
