Hello Everyone,Just a wee information post for you. When you make an enquiry with ourselves the stock levels we see from our suppliers can show good stock at that time for the requested items but these can change dramatically - our suppliers are not just for us to use and deal with multiple businesses all over so the levels can go up and down so much in a short space of time. We place our orders with our suppliers and if items are placed on back order we are on a waiting list for the next batch of that item to come back in to stock again. Suppliers can get 100’s or 1000’s of an item that we could be waiting on but they have to work through the back order list in date order so there is no guarantee that our order will be fulfilled at that time with that batch. We work to the delivery guidelines that our suppliers are given from the manufacturers but these aren’t set in stone and are subject to change. We work with all our suppliers to fulfil your orders but nine times out of ten the same items can be out of stock with them all. The majority of garments that we supply come in from abroad to be distributed throughout all the wholesalers in the UK - this is where the delays can come from when the garments are entering the Country and only a set amount is allocated to each wholesaler to distribute. As previously mentioned in posts, we are a small family ran business consisting of two people and do our upmost to help people out. So with this and the ongoing competition outwith the Moray area and online we have no option but to reassess our product lines and services we currently offer. So from Monday 27th November we will be no longer selling the following products:- 1. Workwear 2. Corporate Wear3. PPE ClothingThis has been a very hard decision for us to make and we would like to give a huge thank you to all that have bought all of the above mentioned products from us. We aren’t going to leave you lovely people in the lurch for reordering these products - we have two dedicated companies who can supply you with the same garments you have bought from us so we will pass this information on to you. But on the flip side of this we are still very much here to supply you with school wear, sportswear, club wear, bespoke embroidery and vinyl printing services. We are moving on with our business in different ways to bring you new products and services and we hope you can all join us on our next chapter with the business. Very exciting times ahead for us and we can’t wait to share it with you. Thank you Hayley & Mike

What a day it is outside.We hope you are staying nice and warm doing whatever you are doing today.We just wanted to say a few words,H & M Designs Elgin is a really small family ran business we pride ourselves on this and we like to look after our customers and treat them with care.We are only human and things happen we try our upmost to sort them out and we do well at that.Running a small business and a family is a fine juggling act but we get there.H & M Designs Elgin is not a huge organisation that has loads of staff dealing with things we do it all ourselves it’s not a 9-5 job most nights of the week our working hours are long.So from the bottom of our hearts we can’t thank you enough for supporting our little family ran business it means a lot you supporting us.Have a great weekend Hayley, Mike and Orlaith.
