How long do Legion assaults last? ›

Legion Assaults are not ongoing 24/7, they randomly spawn in a zone for six hours. Once you've repelled the Legion Assault from the Broken Isles, the Legion take time to regroup before their next assault. There will be at least one invasion a day.

Like normal world quests, players can complete assault world quests while solo, in a party, or, for the elite world quests, in a raid group. Phase 2, defending a location, consists of one or two additional quests with several objectives.

In order to unlock the invasions, you need to have completed the quest Uniting the Isles on at least one character. This will unlock World Quests for the other characters on your account, allowing characters level 39 and above to complete Legion Invasions. These quests cannot be completed as part of a raid group.

The only way the attacks will stop, is that you will have to obtain the 'mark of cesar' because then the legion attacks will stop (for a time being). Till you complete the rest of the game, have a high affintity, or if you decide to blow cesars head off. No other way, sorry. Its an easy way to get loot though!

Assaults are a really good way to level through Legion content, but they only happen once every 18 hours - As Legion is no longer considered relevant content, it can be quite easy to miss those timers and not reap the rewards for your alts. I have had my Legion since 2020 and it performs almost as well as the day I got it. I do dust the fans and internals every 6-9 months and also never leave clutter on it for very long. I will usually look… The useful lifespan should be about 5 to 7 years.

Complete the quest line associated with a zone experiencing a Legion Assault, which will end with a scenario quest that follows the naming scheme "Battle for " (e.g. Battle for Azsuna). Once the scenario quest, regardless of which zone, is turned in, Defending Broken Isles will be marked as complete.

General Recommended Solo Level/Item level for all dungeons: level 50+ with item level 70.

For additional Horde characters, speak to Holgar Stormaxe to pick up To Be Prepared. Once you have completed the quest, you should be able to use a dialogue option available from Holgar to skip the rest of the questline.

The Sentinax was a Legion command ship sent to patrol the Broken Shore and protect the Tomb of Sargeras from the Armies of Legionfall's advance on the island, sending in backup troops to certain areas when necessary.

How do you unlock Legion WQ? ›

Legion World Quests require that you reach level 45 and complete the quest Uniting the Isles. This quest requires that you reach Friendly status with all the factions of the Broken Isles.

This will grant you the quest "The Legion Returns" (Alliance/Horde). When you turn this quest in, Recruiter Lee (Alliance) or Holgar Stormaxe (Horde) will give you a choice to skip the introductory quest line to the Broken Shore.

If Legion did not survive Shepard's attack on the Collector base, was sold to Cerberus, or was never activated, a Geth VI is constructed in Legion's likeness.

You can keep him alive if you don't make him a specialist, don't take him with you to the boss, and if you take two weak characters to the boss instead (like Tali, Jack and Mordin) so that the defensive score of the remaining characters is high enough.
