I went here for the first time to get a full set with gel polish. I wanted coffin shaped nails. My nails turned out horrible as if I got them done by a beginner nail tech. It was a mother and daughter there and it seemed like its their shop. It was sad being that it was the mom that did my nails and I thought she may have been better at this. I will never go back again. I had to get them redone when I went out of town and even the nail tech that redid my nails said they were done poorly and had no defined shape. Just plain horrible nail salon. Don’t waste your time and money. I warned you.

Everything is very clean, modern, and well kept. It’s family owned and you can tell they genuinely care about their business. I loved the cuticle oil they offer at the end and their eyebrow wax smells delicious. This place is sooo much better than the other nail salons I’ve been too so I’ll definitely be coming back. Everything is very clean, modern, and well kept. It’s family owned and you can tell they genuinely care about their business. I loved the cuticle oil they offer at the end and their eyebrow wax smells delicious. Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ValueI didn’t have an appointment. It would have been nice if they would have asked me if I wanted to wait 30 minutes. I went in for French manicure gel polish. They soaked my nails in acetone for about 20 minutes before I took them out myself. So young guy started on my nails. Didn’t cut them, just half a filed them. Then he put color on the base. Then another women came over and applied one coat of the white tip which was half a job. Then the young guy finished with the top coat. The UV light kept cutting off after 19 seconds. At the end he said do you want oil? I’ve NEVER been asked this. Horrible service and nails. I felt like an outsider. Will never go there again! TERRIBLE. Critical:Punctuality,Quality,ValueIt’s a harsh no for me. Very disappointed in the strength of the nails as I asked for the strongest quality nail. Three of my nails broke off, not even 2 weeks of having the nails.. very very weak nails to the point of them wanting to bend and break off. Very upset in the fact that I paid $50 for the nails and yet they could not last long enough in order to get a fill in.The nails didn’t even look the best either when I first got them done, but I got tired of walking in for them to try and fix. Needless to say, I do not personally recommend. I even tried calling them to see if there was anything they could do about the broken nails, and since it wasn’t within a week of having them they quickly ended the phone call with no mention of helping in any way. I’m surprised at their rudeness, because they seemed nice, but turning me down so fast when all I was trying to get was help.. it was so uncalled for. I would have rated this place 5 stars for the services I received. However I could not due to the content/show that was being played on their TV. Every other sentence in the show they were dropping f-bombs and plenty other four lettered words. I should have left instead of sitting there letting my ears be filled with foul language.
