@WOWCare @WOW_WAY We have been looking at my gear for over a year. Does @WOW_WAY have people that monitor their internal systems? Its almost centrally a routing issue. If I do a speed test to Troy, MI speeds are fine. If I do a speed test to Augusta, GA then I get 4 Mbps. You telling me thats me?

@WOWCare @WOW_WAY I did reboot the modem and bypassed my router and I called support. The soonest a tech can get to my house is in 7 days, which isn't great. You can see our history on this problem going back for over a year. At what point will @WOW_WAY take a look at their own gear?

@GustavetheXIII @WOWCare Ha! They sent a technician out yesterday, he wrote in the notes that he came by and everything was good, NO ONE SHOWED UP! And now they're telling me there's an outage in my area. They are HORRIBLE.

@WOWCare Are you meaning to tell me that this outage is seriously going to last 3 days? I got back from work and my internet is still down. The tech won't even be making it here until sometime in the afternoon. I'm missing another stream time as well as clan matches now. This is rough.

@WOWCare sh*ttiest support I have ever dealt with. Can't hire any advanced support that can do anything other that follow a script. Would not recommend to my worst enemies.

@ryanbales @WOWCare Yeah, I've noticed this as well, in CLE and my IP currently geolocates as being in Charleston. Not causing me any actual problems, but it's a bit odd.

@WOWCare Still down. I'm missing stream time because of this as well. Not to mention i may miss the tech they assigned while at work due to the wide timespan they gave me. This is getting out of hand.

@WOWCare It goes out quite a bit. I'm really not happy with your service haven't had you services a full month and you already want me to pay a first month's bill. I have nothing but issues since day one boxes freezing programs freezing guide not loading
